Project requests

Submitting a form or sending an email does not create a contract and does not guarantee project acceptance.

Scope and pricing

Before paid work begins, ARKYRA and the client agree the scope, price, deliverables, assumptions and acceptance criteria applicable to that engagement.

Responsible use

Clients must be authorised to provide the data, systems and access required for a project. ARKYRA does not accept work intended for fraud, unauthorised access, harmful activity or circumvention of applicable controls.

AI and automation

Automated and AI-assisted systems can fail or produce incorrect outputs. Appropriate testing, monitoring, permissions and human review are defined according to the risk and use case.
