Who handles your information

What we collect

When you submit a project brief or request to continue through WhatsApp, we may receive your name, work email, company, website, country or market, team size, indicative budget, referral source and the business problem you describe.

Why we use it

We use this information to record and locate your request, assess fit, respond, prepare a possible proposal and manage the pre-contractual or professional relationship you request.

WhatsApp handoff

For requests continued through WhatsApp, ARKYRA stores the submitted contact details before opening WhatsApp and creates a short reference so the request can be located independently of the chat. WhatsApp is a separate service operated by its provider and is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.

Data minimisation

Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card data or confidential credentials through the public form.

Infrastructure and international access

ARKYRA uses technology providers necessary to host, store and operate the service. Project delivery may be remote. Access to personal information is limited to what is necessary for the requested service.

Retention and rights

Information is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights by contacting the email above.
